by Al Lewis
(Pietermaritzburg, South Africa)
With lots of open strings and to be played at a lively pace, this piece will give your right hand a good workout. In bar 4 there are two 'b' notes on beat 3 - the first 'b' is part of the melody and as such care must be taken to distinguish this note from the second 'b' which is an accompaniment note. When returning to the beginning (at the D.C. al capo), one can ignore the repeat signs at bars 8 and 16 before finally ending at the 'Fine' mark.
